About Fixmo

Fixmo is an auto glass repair and replacement service for drivers across Canada. Instead of phoning around for quotes, you tell us your vehicle, where it's parked, and what happened to the glass. Our team prices the exact part and labour for your car, you get one clear all-in price, and you decide whether to go ahead. If you do, we match the job to a vetted local installer who comes to you — at home, at work, or at the roadside — and you can track the whole thing from your phone using a short job code.

Fixmo exists for two groups of people. The first is everyday drivers: commuters, parents, tradespeople, and anyone who has watched a chip start to spread across a windshield and dreaded the paperwork that follows. The second is independent glass technicians and small shops who want steady work without spending their evenings chasing leads, arguing over prices, or collecting payment. We handle the pricing, the payment, and the customer communication, so installers can focus on the work they're good at.

Fixmo is built and operated by a small team based in Ontario. We are not an insurance company, and we don't sell your information. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, customer funds are held by Fixmo until a job is finished, and installers are paid directly by us three days after each job rather than collecting from you on the driveway. Every installer on the platform is reviewed and approved by a person before they take a single job, and they stay on the platform only for as long as they keep their standard up.
