For certified installers

Get assigned jobs. Do the work. Get paid.

Customers book through Fixmo and pay through Fixmo. We assign you jobs near you, show you your payout up front, and pay you when the work is done. No bidding, no chasing payment, no collecting from customers.

How it works

From application to payout

No bond, no bidding, no chasing payment. Apply, get certified, receive jobs near you, do the work, and get paid. Here's exactly what happens at every step — so you know what you're getting into.

01

Apply in five minutes

Submit your license, glass certification, service area, and availability. No bond, no upfront fees — just your application and your credentials.

02

Get certified

We review your application within two business days and verify your license and glass certification. Once approved, you're a certified Fixmo installer and jobs start coming your way.

03

Receive jobs near you

When a customer books in your service area, the job is sent to you. You see the vehicle, glass type, postal code area, and your exact payout — before you accept. No bidding, no guessing, no undercutting.

04

Message or call your customer

Message your customer through Fixmo's in-app chat, or call the number shown on the job — confirm timing, share a gate code, or coordinate access. Never take payment outside Fixmo — it's detected and flagged automatically.

05

Take before photos

Before starting the replacement or repair, snap a clear photo of the damage from the job's Proof tab. This is required proof — you can't mark the job done without it.

06

Do the work

Complete the glass repair or replacement to professional standards. The customer pays Fixmo directly — you never handle their payment or collect a dime from them.

07

Take after photos

After finishing, snap a photo of the completed work from the Proof tab. Both before and after photos are mandatory to mark the job done — this is what triggers your payout.

08

Get paid 3 days after the job

Once you mark the job complete with both photos uploaded, we process your payout. It's sent three days later — no invoicing, no chasing payment, no collecting from customers. Fixmo pays you directly.

What you should know

The essentials every Fixmo installer understands before their first job.

No bond required

There's no $1,000 bond or upfront fee to join. Apply, get certified, and start receiving jobs — that's it.

Before & after photos are mandatory

You must upload both a before and an after photo to complete a job. No photos, no payout — it's how we keep quality high and protect you from disputes.

Payouts arrive 3 days after the job

After you mark a job done with both photos, your payout is processed and sent three days later. No invoicing, no waiting weeks.

Message or call from the job

You and the customer message through Fixmo's chat, and each job shows the customer's number so you can call them. Taking payment off-platform is flagged and can cost you jobs.

You see your payout upfront

Before you accept any job, you see the vehicle, glass type, area, and your exact payout. No surprises after the work is done.

Customers pay Fixmo, not you

The customer pays Fixmo when they book. You never collect payment — we pay you directly after the job is done.

Payment stays on-platform

Keep payment inside Fixmo

You message customers through Fixmo and can call the number shown on each job. Never take payment outside the platform — off-platform payment is detected and flagged, and it can cost you jobs.

Apply

Start your application

Takes about five minutes — have your driver's licence, proof of past jobs, and glass certification ready.

Postal code.
Upload a clear photo of the front and back of your driver's licence, plus a photo of your face so we can match it to your ID. Your face photo also becomes your profile photo — customers see it on their job once you're assigned.
Look straight at the camera in good light — this becomes your profile photo, shown to customers on their job.
Your business number (BN) or equivalent — used for your payout records.
Add before & after photos of 1–2 jobs you've completed so we can see your work.

By applying you confirm you understand Fixmo installers work as independent operators, not employees, and that you are responsible for your own safety, tools, licensing and insurance on every job — Fixmo is not liable for on-site injuries. Your application is sent securely to the Fixmo team for review.
